Welcome to Club Bega sporting page which displays information relating to our associated sporting clubs and the local clubs we support through grant funding.

The history of “Club Bega” goes back to 2010 when it was formed through the amalgamation of Bega RSL Club Limited and Bega Bowling Club.

The Bega Country Club become part of the amalgamation as it had been owned by the RSL Club for some 40 years and the RSL Bowling Club merged with the Bega Bowling Club which is now known as “Club Bega Bowling Club”.

Other sporting clubs associated with Club Bega are the Bega Squash Club and the Bega Fishing Club. I urge you to take some time clicking the sporting tabs to read about their activities and events.

Club Bega is also a proud supporter of local sporting clubs through the Club Grants Scheme. Following is a list of local sporting clubs we have supported in recent years: -

1.   Bega Devils Soccer Club $6,000 annually.

2.   Bega Netball Club.

3.   Bega Roosters Rugby League Club $2,000 annually.

4.   Bega Angledale Cricket Club $1,750 annually.

5.   Far South Coast District Cricket Association $1,000 annually.

6.   Bega Valley Archers.

7.   Bega Table Tennis Club.

8.   Candelo Karate Dojo Inc.

9.   Bega Bombers Australian Football Club $2,000 annually.

10. Sapphire Turf Club $2,200 annually.
